eRate— request from Kennedy Payne as KSLLC regarding NSLP certification, low-income numbers, and WAVE enrollement. Printed form on school letterhead and got signature from Mr. Gower, requested help from Sean Walker on other data.

Shelley McGeehe— we resolved network problem in her lab by tracing drops to her class and identifiying the switch ports where they are connected. Thanks to Peder and Shelley for helping me solve this problem.

Sean Walker— reported a problem connecting to the Canon Copier. This was because of an improperly recorded switch port in solving Shelley’s problem. We got that corrected as well.

Shelley McGeehe— requested information about a student not being able to open pictures. Error was “Invalid value for registry”. I searched for this problem and sent her a link.

Admin Server— finally got a reply from Ricky Hignite (he had been out sick) regarding the Symantec warning message and requested a quote for solving that and the error message from Carbonite. Waiting for quotation.
